All courses, videos, downloadable materials, templates, and learning resources available through K2S Education are digital products.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- A payment was processed successfully but access to the purchased course cannot be provided due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
- The purchased course is permanently cancelled by K2S Education before access is provided.
3. Non-Refundable Purchases
